Easter Parade

The Easter Parade was a military parade to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the Easter Rising. We only took this picture, but there were different military units marching as well.

Malahide Castle

Malahide is a very short train ride north of Dublin. (like 10-15 mintues). We took an afternoon to go explore there and get out of the city. Their claim to fame is this castle. Castles in Ireland are rarely in such good shape, but this one was owned by the same family (The Talbots) from 1185-1973.

Dun Laoghaire

South side of Dublin Bay. They have a great Boardwalk so we decided to visit. Unfortunately it was very cloudy that day. Sidenote, this is the town we stayed in the first night of our honeymoon.

Street Performer

Grafton Street is always filled with street performers. Grafton Street is basically a pedestrian shopping area. This guy was cool,, because he was doing the classic statue thing, except when people put money in the bucket, music would start, and he would start to dance. This is going to be my new career.
